Join the nursing team at Terrace view Lodge as a Licensed Practical Nurse. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care while working under a collaborative, client-centered model.

The Licensed Practical Nurse position offers an exciting opportunity in long-term care, focusing on providing quality care in accordance with BC College of Nurses and Midwives standards. You will apply your nursing skills by performing assessments, planning, and executing care as needed.

Your role will also involve guiding other staff members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on patient care

• Perform assessments and deliver tailored nursing care

• Adhere to standards and protocols as outlined by BCCNM

• Work rotating shifts:
Days and Nights

• Promote client and family-centered care in all interactions

Requirements:

• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• One year of relevant acute care or residential experience

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Physical ability to fulfill job duties
