As a Nurse Practitioner, you’re responsible for longitudinal care for patients across various ages, attaching to a patient panel through the Provincial Attachment System. You'll document patient interactions seamlessly with C-MOIS EMR and collaborate closely with public health and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient support. This role is well-suited for those passionate about quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care across patient ages

• Attach patients according to the Provincial Attachment System

• Maintain clinical documentation using EMR

• Work together with public health staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:

• Qualification with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Background in primary care

• Excellent decision-making skills

• Independent and collaborative work capability

• Commitment to trauma-informed patient care
