Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing and healthcare services for residents

• Conduct comprehensive shift reports with the health care team

• Document significant changes accurately in residents’ charts

• Ensure timely processing of physician orders

• Uphold health and safety standards throughout the facility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; registered with provincial registry

• Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing

• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and practices

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Commitment to patient-centered care
