Position: Compassionate Registered Nurse Opportunity
Northern Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for Primary Care, focusing on compassionate patient care. This role emphasizes interprofessional teamwork in diverse community settings.

As a Primary Care Nurse (PCN) with Northern Health, you will become part of a collaborative healthcare team delivering quality care aligned with BC College of Nurses and Midwives standards. This role ideally suits RNs with at least three years of clinical experience in primary care or chronic disease management, emphasizing education and holistic patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments

• Provide nursing care through technical and therapeutic interventions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care

• Educate patients, families, and the public on health topics

• Promote person-centered care and client advocacy

Requirements:

• Valid registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Three years of relevant nursing experience

• Current B.C. Driver’s License

• Effective communication and leadership skills

• Physical ability to perform nursing duties
