Registered Nurse - Substance Use Care

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse at Seven Sisters to engage in holistic, person-centered care for individuals facing substance withdrawal. You'll perform assessments, monitor patients, and develop care plans in a supportive environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning

• Provide prescribed nursing interventions and monitor clients

• Promote client-focused and culturally safe health care

• Manage patient information and communicate effectively

Requirements:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing

• Active RN or RPN registration with BCCNM

• Two years of related clinical experience in Mental Health settings

• Ability to create trauma-informed care plans

• Physical ability to perform nursing duties
