As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate nursing care under the supervision of a manager, ensuring compliance with nursing standards in a critical care setting. Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives is essential, alongside experience in operating room techniques and post-anaesthetic care nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coordinated nursing care to surgical patients

• Participate in on-call duties for emergency surgeries

• Deliver post-anaesthetic care in PACU

• Operate necessary medical equipment effectively

• Organize and prioritize daily tasks efficiently

Requirements:

• Must be a registered RN with BC College certification

• Post-diploma in operating room techniques preferred

• Relevant experience in O.R. and PACU

• Critical care experience is an asset

• Effective communication and organizational skills
