Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement educational programs for nursing staff

• Facilitate mentorship programs to support staff development

• Conduct evaluations of care standards and educational needs

• Coordinate in-service training sessions across units

• Engage in policy review to enhance patient care

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing essential

• 3-5 years of clinical experience required

• Two years in nursing education or curriculum development

• Valid BC Driver’s License needed

• CPR Certification current
