You will utilize your nursing skills to assess, monitor, and provide health education while ensuring the implementation of nursing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement professional nursing care for clients
• Conduct assessments and monitor client health
• Provide health teaching and support consultation
• Liaise with clients and assist with referrals
• Ensure compliance with nursing regulations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in nursing and patient care
• Strong skills in case management and assessment
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Commitment to client self-care and independence
• Valid nursing license and relevant certifications
