LPN Position at AgeCare South

In this casual LPN role, under the guidance of the Director of Care, you’ll focus on patient-centered nursing that upholds residents' dignity and quality of life. Your clinical coordination and strong communication skills will play a vital role in implementing effective nursing care plans, engaging with interdisciplinary teams, and educating families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident assessments and maintain documentation

• Assess and adapt care plans as necessary

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration

• Facilitate resident transitions between care processes

• Oversee emergency response and manage medical situations

Requirements:

• Valid LPN registration in Alberta

• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred

• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

• CPR and First Aid certification required

• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
