Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate neighborhood nursing for residents

• Manage shift reports for effective communication

• Keep accurate resident condition documentation

• Ensure timely processing of physician orders

• Address issues with physician orders to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Experience in rehabilitation or long-term care

• Good standing registration with provincial nursing body

• Familiarity with nursing home regulations

• Knowledge of safety and health legislation
