Mental Health RN Tele-Care Service

Northern Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the Coordinated Access program focused on Mental Health and Substance Use in Terrace, BC. This role emphasizes ethical, culturally safe nursing.

As a Registered Nurse at Northern Health, you will provide essential Tele-Care services, enhancing patient recovery and health through supportive, individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ethical Tele-Care nursing services to patients

• Develop recovery-oriented care plans in a culturally sensitive manner

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in delivering holistic care

• Follow clinical protocols and legislation in nursing practice

• Assist individuals in achieving their health goals through care

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse licensed by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• Experience in mental health and cultural sensitivity is preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Ability to work rotating shifts from 09:00 to 20:12
