Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor residents’ health conditions

• Develop care plans in collaboration with teams

• Offer education to residents and caregivers

• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and discussions

• Ensure compliance with ethical nursing standards

Requirements:

• Current RN registration in British Columbia

• Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication

• Flexibility with shift work and rotating schedules
