In this role, you will engage in collaborative efforts with the interprofessional team to assess, plan, and implement care for patients presenting with both urgent and non-urgent issues in the Emergency department. You will rely on your unique and specialized nursing knowledge, adhering to ethical practice standards and regulations established by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess health care needs in emergencies
• Implement nursing care plans based on evaluations
• Work closely with collaborative healthcare teams
• Monitor and adjust care based on patient progress

Requirements:
• BC nursing registration required
• Ability to provide compassionate, ethical care
