On-Site Retail Supervisor Position

Join us as an On-Site Retail Supervisor, responsible for team leadership and sales management. This role requires coordination and problem-solving to enhance store performance.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to guide our sales team. You will be responsible for scheduling staff, authorizing returns, and maintaining efficient inventory levels. Additionally, you'll prepare sales and personnel reports, and resolve customer issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• 7 months to less than 1 year experience in a leading role

• Completion of a non-university diploma or equivalent

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

• Strong commitment to on-site work
