Keyholder at Pet Valu

Pet Valu is seeking a dedicated Keyholder in Terrace, British Columbia, starting from $18.60 per hour. Engage with customers and manage store operations to ensure a thriving retail environment.

As a Keyholder at Pet Valu, you will assist in all store operations while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Your role includes cashier duties, stocking pet supplies, and maintaining store cleanliness. With at least two years of retail experience, you will help drive sales while embodying our core values of Safety, Compassion, and Expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cashier transactions and customer sales efficiently

• Prepare merchandise orders and manage paperwork

• Place items into stock and maintain store cleanliness

• Assist in unloading delivery vehicles and stocking

• Open and close the store following company procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience in retail or customer service

• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling

• Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

• Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively

• Flexible work schedule including evenings and holidays
