The Opportunity
Drive new business growth and build long‑term customer relationships for compact and heavy construction equipment rentals and sales in Terrace and the surrounding region.

- Develop new customer relationships while expanding business with existing accounts in Terrace
- Promote and sell rental and purchase solutions for compact and heavy construction equipment
- Actively identify and pursue new opportunities through site visits, referrals, and networking
- Conduct jobsite assessments, equipment demonstrations, and customer presentations
- Prepare quotes, rental agreements, and sales orders
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with service, rental, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent Williams Machinery as a trusted equipment partner in the local market
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (equipment, construction, or industrial experience preferred)
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and closing skills
- Comfortable working independently in a regional market
- Results‑driven mindset with a customer‑first approach
- Valid driver’s license and comfort with local travel
- Based in or willing to relocate to Terrace, BC
