What You’ll Do Develop new customer relationships while expanding business with existing accounts in Terrace
Promote and sell rental and purchase solutions for compact and heavy construction equipment
Actively identify and pursue new opportunities through site visits, referrals, and networking
Conduct jobsite assessments, equipment demonstrations, and customer presentations
Prepare quotes, rental agreements, and sales orders
Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records
Collaborate with service, rental, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Represent Williams Machinery as a trusted equipment partner in the local market
What You Bring 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (equipment, construction, or industrial experience preferred)
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and closing skills
Comfortable working independently in a regional market
Results‑driven mindset with a customer‑first approach
Valid driver’s license and comfort with local travel
Based in or willing to relocate to Terrace, BC
