Position: Northwest Regional Airport Security Role
Join Northwest Regional Airport as a Pre-Board Screening Officer in Kitimat, enhancing security and customer service for travelers. This role focuses on screening passengers and providing a secure airport experience.

As a Pre-Board Screening Officer, your task involves not only screening but also utilizing your customer service skills to ensure a positive travel experience. You will operate X-ray machines and adhere to safety regulations  while managing various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently screen passengers and their baggage

• Operate security technologies for baggage scanning

• Confirm valid boarding passes for travelers

• Protect restricted areas and ensure safety compliance

• Handle conflicts and communicate with clarity

Requirements:

• At least one year in customer service

• Open availability for shifts, including holidays

• Excellent English communication skills;
French preferred

• Medical compliance with CATSA standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
