Position: Caseworker for Outreach and Advocacy
Serve as an Outreach Caseworker with The Salvation Army, focusing on advocacy and case management for marginalized individuals. This position emphasizes community involvement, building relationships, and facilitating access to resources.

Your primary role will involve targeted outreach to those dealing with homelessness and substance use issues. You'll perform intake assessments, develop individualized service plans, and connect participants with healthcare, housing, and employment resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct community outreach to identify and support individuals

• Develop and implement tailored service plans

• Facilitate access to essential community resources

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred

• Minimum 2 years in outreach or case management

• Strong documentation and communication abilities

• Current First Aid/CPR certification required

• Completion of a Criminal Record Check necessary
