In the role of Social Development Coordinator, you will report to the Corporate Officer and collaborate with various departments. This position prioritizes the execution of Terrace's Social Development Framework, emphasizing policy implementation and community partnerships for effective social services. Your expertise will help address pressing issues such as housing, mental health, and community safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the Social Development Framework with a cross-sector focus

• Facilitate community consultations and develop inclusive strategies

• Maintain relationships with non-profits and government agencies

• Prepare reports and mobilize public awareness materials

• Oversee funding acquisition and budget management

Requirements:

• Relevant Master's degree or a bachelor's with extensive professional experience

• Minimum of 3-10 years in social policy and planning

• Strong skills in project management and community facilitation

• Knowledge of social service networks and health determinants

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
