In this role, you will deliver groceries straight to customers’ doors from our store, ensuring a positive experience throughout. Collaborating with the online shopping team, you will address service recovery situations, maintain delivery vehicle standards, and uphold operational expectations for efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver groceries efficiently and safely to customers

• Assist in resolving customer service recovery situations

• Achieve operational standards in the Online Shopping Department

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safe operating conditions

• Complete additional duties as required

Requirements:

• BC full class 5 driver’s license with a clean record

• Proven experience in a customer service role

• Strong work ethic and proactive approach

• Ability to lift and navigate various weather conditions

• Proficient with GPS and mobile technology
