Position: Courier Role at FedEx BC
Fed Ex is hiring a part-time Courier in Terrace, BC, to ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction on every route. This role requires efficient time management and good communication skills.

In this position, you will perform pick-up and delivery duties while checking packages for compliance with service standards. You'll need to have a valid driver’s license and be in good driving standing. Excellent customer service is a must to succeed in this role, which also requires physical stamina to handle heavy packages efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out pick-up and delivery of packages

• Check shipments for Federal Express standards compliance

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout deliveries

• Lift and handle weights up to 150 lbs with equipment

• Work flexible schedules based on operational needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Strong driving record and valid driver's license required

• Customer-oriented business experience preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
