Position: Operations Coordinator for Kalum Kabs Ltd.
Kalum Kabs Ltd. is looking for a reliable Operations Coordinator to enhance transportation operations in Terrace, BC. This hands-on position focuses on coordinating schedules, drivers, and customer interactions to optimize fleet services.

In your full-time role, you will be responsible for daily taxi and shuttle operations as well as assisting in driver scheduling and vehicle assignments.

Your role is crucial in maintaining open communication with drivers and clients while addressing operational changes efficiently. You’ll play a key part in improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily taxi and shuttle operation coordination

• Facilitate driver shift scheduling and coverage

• Coordinate vehicle availability and assignments

• Ensure clear communication with drivers on schedules

• Support dispatch operations and respond to disruptions
