North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Headquarters based in Paris, IL. NAL will provide relocation assistance to anyone outside of the Southern Illinois area.

Your Priorities

While working within the fast paced, automotive environment, you will interpret tax regulations in order to determine taxability of all purchases to assure adherence to Department of Revenue guidelines.

Calculate and assess sales and use tax.

Prepare filings for sales and use tax payments to appropriate states.

Place fixed assets in service and prepare monthly depreciation journal entries in compliance with GAAP and IRS guidelines.

Assist with Venus and Government reporting.

Prepare analyses for year‑end financial audit.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Background

BS in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline plus 4 to 6 years of experience in General Accounting.

Experience in Manufacturing accounting is preferred.

$60,000‑$90,000
