Coverage & Training Specialist

Overview

Coverage & Training Specialist serves as a support position to the High Profile Account Coordinator. This role ensures customers are well loved by providing coverage and/or coverage solutions so that 100% account service is achieved, as well as ensuring that employees are well loved by providing comprehensive and effective training so that employees feel fully comfortable on their first solo day of work.

• Coverage:
  Working with the High Profile Account Coordinator to curate plans to ensure customers are serviced 100% of the time
• Spending time learning each customer site within geographical assigned area in order to be prepared for coverage situations
• Training:
  Following 3-day training process to ensure that Account Specialists are adequately prepared for their first solo day of work
• Training by the Right Hand Method for proven efficiency
• Training the Office Pride Color Coded Microfiber System to prevent cross-contamination
• Cleaning hours at assigned facilities

• Janitorial industry experience preferred
• Prior training experience preferred
• Weekend availability
• Evening availability
