• Provide primary‑care services in accordance with Eventus Whole Health site‑specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine in long‑term care facilities.
• Review and sign MARs as requested, sign all orders from a supervising physician within 24 hours of fax or email, and review labs within 24 hours.
• Manage all scheduled medication prescriptions per facility and Eventus Whole Health’s policy.
• Allocate adequate time each visit for paperwork and admin duties.
• Collaborate with facility systems, attend care‑plan meetings and quality‑assurance/performace‑improvement meetings.
• Be on call 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on scheduled days, available by text or phone; triage policies and on‑call scheduling may be modified.
• Submit documentation and billing records to Eventus Whole Health per billing schedules.
• Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration, providing instructions and feedback on medications and caregiver information.
• Adhere to Eventus Whole Health standards, policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements, and professional ethics.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times, including compliance with HIPAA rules, CPT coding guidelines, and appropriate use of cell phone, email, text, and EMR.

• Licensed MD or DO
• 3 years in Long‑Term Care/Geriatric Care preferred
• AMDA Certified (optional)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
