2 locum hospitalist needed in terre haute, indiana

locum hospitalist providers will be required to work 7 consecutive shifts. Please do not submit providers who are unavailable to commit to 7 consecutive days or they will be rejected.

site directors will phone interview potential locum providers and answer any questions at that time

must be bc in abim or fm

locum providers must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends

12 hour shifts, rotate call - providers must be willing to work 7 consecutive shifts preferably 2 weeks per month!

terre haute regional hospital is part of the hospital corporation of america (hca) health system. This facility has 17 emergency department beds and is a certified level ii trauma center. Terre haute regional hospital offers many specialties including anesthesiology, gs, neurology, ob, pathology, plastic surgery, trauma surgery, urology, hm, behavioral health, cardiology, and pediatrics. This facility also has an accredited chest pain center that treats heart emergencies like heart attacks or arrhythmias.

patient population - mainly adult & elderly; 15% are pediatric
24-hours of physician coverage daily; 12-hour shifts
7 on/7 off block schedule
12-hours app coverage daily; 12-hour shifts
1 app in-house at night
hospitalists respond to codes
open icu; pulmonologist available
no procedures
meditech emr
im welcome; fp preferred
