Position: Part-Time or Full-Time Family Physician
Location: Employer-Sponsored Primary Care Clinic, Terre Haute, IN
Position Details:
Patient Population: Employees and families of all ages (3+ years)
Schedule: 40 hours per week (flexible part-time hours available for the right candidate)
Clinic Team: One physician, one nurse practitioner, two MAs, one medical receptionist
Hours (proposed):
- Monday: 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM 11:00 AM
Flexible hours, with options for 4x10s or 32 hours per week
Demographics:
- 42% female, 57% male
- 20% children starting at age 2
- Some retirees are seen
Facilities: Dispensary and lab on-site, no X-ray
Current Team:
- 1 physician (covering 24 hours per week temporarily)
- 2 advanced practice providers (APPs)
- 3 MAs
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide physical exams, well-woman exams, and chronic disease management
- Acute care, wellness visits, and health coaching
- Procedures and patient management
Selling Points:
- Average of 10-12 patients per day
- More time with patients to build relationships and trust
- Less time spent on ICD-10 coding and administrative work (built-in admin time)
- No call duties
- Strong, experienced support staff
- Positive work environment with a great NP, Andrea
Job Requirements:
- MD or DO, board-certified (or eligible) in Family or Internal Medicine
- Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control
- Procedure experience is a plus
- Open to recent graduates or those out of residency
Benefits:
- 5 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
- CME reimbursement up to $3,000/year with 40 hours off for CME (pro-rated)

Compensation:
- $215,000 to $260,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and FTE)
- 10% annual quality incentive bonus
