• We have an opening for a Primary Care Physician. This person reports to the Chief Medical Officer. This person will function as an independent and interdependent member of the healthcare team within our Federally Qualified Health Center. This person will assess, plan, and provide care in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
• Supervisory Responsibilities:
  
  Provides guidance and supervision to clinical support staff and medical students.

• Current license in State of Indiana to practice medicine.
• Meet credentialing requirements of affiliated hospitals.
• Board Certified required.
• CPR Certification is required.

• Requires critical thinking, organization, decisive judgment, analytical abilities, problem solving, effective communication and good customer service skills.
• Must be able to function collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
