An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide full-scope optometric care in alignment with professional standards and patient needs.
• Operate within the practice model defined by the Subleasing Doctor.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice predicated only on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments or adding to an existing schedule
• Fully furnished office with OD equipment and digital eye examination technology
• Use of advanced imaging systems and pre-testing support where available
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system
