** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Monitor daily plant performance and lead problem-solving efforts.
* Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to prevent recurring issues.
* Analyze process data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
* Maintain Standard Operating Conditions and control plans for key operations.
* Collaborate with shop-floor teams to share knowledge and reinforce discipline.
* Partner with IT to advance AI-driven process optimization.
* Support new product launches and supplier qualifications with R&D.

*** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
* Strong oral communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

* Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.

* Experience with advanced process optimization or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
