The Associate Attorney will be involved in all aspects of case management, providing legal support across various practice areas. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is eager to take on challenging work and grow their legal career in commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive and precise legal research and analysis.
• Litigation experience is a MUST
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to develop and implement case strategies.
• Provide exceptional client service and foster strong client relationships.
• Participate in professional development and continuing legal education opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana and in good standing.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience. ( Senior Attorney's welcome to apply as well )
• Superior academic credentials and strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and electronic filing systems.
