As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future!

• Receive on‑the‑job training from experienced managers.
• Develop understanding of Menards business operations and customer service.
• Lead and develop a team under supervision.
• Assume increasing responsibilities as the program progresses.

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business‑related degree preferred.
• Motivated, innovative, goal‑oriented, and passionate for excellence.

• Extra $3 per hour on Saturday/Sunday.
