Step into a high-impact leadership role ($500M revenue, 600 employees, 24/7 union environment)! This role is open due to a promotion and presents a rare opportunity to lead a complex, world‑class manufacturing facility producing shrink wrap for beverages, bakery products, ice bags, and more.

• Manage a massive, multi‑department plant:
  Printing, Extrusion, and Converting (their extrusion dept is larger than the bottom 18 plants combined!)
• Lead 6–10 direct reports with a strong management team already in place
• Continue the momentum from a successful plant turnaround
• Balance low‑volume production now while preparing for high‑volume seasonality in the spring
• Relocation flexibility; open to candidates from any industry with continuous line manufacturing experience

What You’ll Own:

• Drive Safety, Quality, Service & Cost performance across all operations
• Lead human capital strategy, hiring, and development
• Oversee budgets, P&L, and capital expenditures
• Foster a continuous improvement culture and operational excellence
• Collaborate with leadership across the enterprise to share best practices

Must‑Have

Qualifications:

• Continuous line manufacturing experience
• P&L ownership and financial acumen
• Business‑savvy, operationally minded, and ready to grow
• Dynamic, down‑to‑earth leader who connects with teams

Bonus Points:

• Experience in flexible packaging or similar complex manufacturing
