** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Operate and monitor process control systems to ensure safe, efficient production.
* Lead and support the team in achieving manufacturing and quality goals.
* Train operators, oversee sanitation, and maintain GMP compliance.
* Drive problem-solving, process improvements, and accurate documentation.
* Support audits and uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Monitor product quality through sampling and accurate recordkeeping.
* Communicate maintenance and automation needs to relevant teams.
* Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Assist with equipment assembly, disassembly, and minor mechanical tasks.
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** 1+ year of experience as a process or packaging operator (preferred).
* Ability to operate complex equipment in an industrial environment.
* Education or training in process control is a plus.
* Strong troubleshooting skills using math, science, and technology.
* Comfortable working independently and within a team setting.
* Good judgment and decision-making under pressure.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Experience with advanced process control systems or automation technologies.
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to mentor and support team success.
