Job SummaryThe Material Handler is responsible for storing, moving, and handling products and materials. This role works in a structured environment to minimize safety risks and must comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards at all times.
Hours Of OperationMonday through Friday + Overtime/Weekends. 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

- Identify, transport, pack, remove, and dispose of products and materials.
- Operate forklifts, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load/unload orders.
- Maintain inventory levels as directed.
- Feed lines with product as scheduled or directed by supervision or line leads.
- Ship and receive materials throughout the shift.
- Operate all equipment in a safe manner.
- Count, weigh, and record numbers of units or materials moved or handled.
- Ensure that product moved is identified and labeled correctly.
- Maintain 5S and keep work areas clean (sweep floors, dispose trash, pick up stray product).
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Knowledgeable in GMPs or willingness to learn.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.
- Ability to operate stand‑up and extended forklifts.
- Sufficient math skills.
- Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Reading and writing in English preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Previous material handling experience a plus (varies by location).
- Manufacturing environment with variety of machines, noise levels, and temperatures.
- Team-oriented environment requiring respectful and professional communication.
- Must be able to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, including across shifts.
- Reach with hands/arms throughout the day.
- Lift up to 90 lbs assisted and 40 lbs unassisted.
- Stand up to 80% of the scheduled time.
- Walk, climb, and/or balance throughout the shift.
