The Material Handler is responsible for storing, moving, and handling products and materials. This role works in a structured environment to minimize safety risks and must comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards at all times.

Monday through Friday + Overtime/Weekends. 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

• Identify, transport, pack, remove, and dispose of products and materials.
• Operate forklifts, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load/unload orders.
• Maintain inventory levels as directed.
• Feed lines with product as scheduled or directed by supervision or line leads.
• Ship and receive materials throughout the shift.
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner.
• Count, weigh, and record numbers of units or materials moved or handled.
• Ensure that product moved is identified and labeled correctly.
• Maintain 5S and keep work areas clean (sweep floors, dispose trash, pick up stray product).
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Knowledgeable in GMPs or willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.
• Ability to operate stand‑up and extended forklifts.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Reading and writing in English preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous material handling experience a plus (varies by location).

• Manufacturing environment with variety of machines, noise levels, and temperatures.
• Team-oriented environment requiring respectful and professional communication.
• Must be able to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, including across shifts.

• Reach with hands/arms throughout the day.
• Lift up to 90 lbs assisted and 40 lbs unassisted.
• Stand up to 80% of the scheduled time.
• Walk, climb, and/or balance throughout the shift.
