• Operate and monitor process control systems to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Lead and support the team in achieving manufacturing and quality goals.
• Train operators, oversee sanitation, and maintain GMP compliance.
• Drive problem‑solving, process improvements, and accurate documentation.
• Support audits and uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor product quality through sampling and accurate record‑keeping.
• Communicate maintenance and automation needs to relevant teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Assist with equipment assembly, disassembly, and minor mechanical tasks.

• 1+ year of experience as a process or packaging operator (preferred).
• Ability to operate complex equipment in an industrial environment.
• Education or training in process control is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using math, science, and technology.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team setting.
• Good judgment and decision‑making under pressure.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Experience with advanced process control systems or automation technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to mentor and support team success.
