Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) Opportunity at Springhill Village

Part-Time

• Supportive presence and companionship to residents; assist with activities of daily living to foster a warm, homelike environment that values dignity and individualized attention.
• Collaborate with therapy and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Work with the care team to promote a respectful and positive work environment focused on excellent resident care.

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
