• Deliver exceptional nursing services, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by nursing assistants.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current or active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
