Beds/Rooms: 9 ORs Staff: 14 RNs Day Shift Team: 1 Charge RN, RNs, CST, CFA, and orderlies (based on case volume) Night Shift Team: 1 RN, 1 CST/CFA Patient Ratios: 1 RN and at least 1 CST per case Equipment:
Ortho, Cardio-Thoracic, Neuro, Podiatry, GYN, and Vascular setups Charting System:
Meditech Schedule & Call:
Shift: Days with on-call rotations Call Requirements: 1–2 evening calls per week (7p–7a) 2–3 weekend 24-hour calls per 4-week schedule Weekends:

Experience:
Ortho, Neuro, Cysto, General, and Trauma cases
Certifications:
AHA BLS & ACLS (TNCC preferred) Preferred Traits:
