Psychiatric LPN: Team Nurse & Meds

Hamilton Center, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct physical and mental health care across the organization, including Vigo County Outpatient. You will work as part of the interdisciplinary treatment team under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

You will perform duties such as medication administration, admissions/discharges support, and patient education, while maintaining documentation accuracy and confidentiality.
