** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Review finished goods testing and manage lot release in SAP.
* Ensure accurate Certificates of Analysis and handle non-conforming products.
* Support audits and compile compliance documentation.
* Act as backup for key food safety roles and programs.
* Conduct internal GMP and food defense audits.
* Manage pest control, environmental monitoring, and glass audits.
* Maintain QFS and ISO documentation systems and databases.
* Coordinate calibration schedules and shelf-life studies.
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Associate’s degree in science or technical field with 3+ years in quality control/assurance.
* Formal GMP training and strong auditing skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent documentation accuracy.
* Skilled in time management and independent work.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and SAP QM.
* Familiarity with food safety standards (BRCGS, ISO 14001)}
* Experience with Halal and Kosher certification processes.
* Knowledge of environmental monitoring programs and pest control management.
* Strong communication skills for working among production and logistics teams and interacting with auditors and suppliers.
* Internal auditing experience
* Strong organizational skills
