Customer Sales Consultant

Join Lou Fusz Automotive Network as a Customer Sales Consultant and help build lasting relationships with customers while advancing your career with a supportive team.

About the Role

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional buying and ownership experience through strong customer relationships, product knowledge, and advanced technology tools. New hires receive training and the first three months of guaranteed $3,000/month.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and create customers for life.
  • Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and matching needs to the right vehicle.
  • Demonstrate vehicles, explain features, conduct test drives, and discuss warranties and services.
  • Stay updated on vehicle specifications and competitive models.
  • Develop relationships with former customers, suggest trade‑ins, meet prospects at community events, greet walk‑ins, and respond to inquiries.
  • Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing contracts, explaining financing options, warranties, and service contracts, collecting payments, and delivering vehicles.
  • Utilize and leverage the company’s sales technology.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and performance.
  • Communicate professionally and provide updates on customer interests.
  • Maintain a positive “A‑game” attitude daily.
