We are looking for an experienced Accounting Technician who can manage electronic vendor payments and prepare check payments. With a DEC in Accounting and 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential for communicating with diverse clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries

• Review and audit Visa card expense reports

• Maintain vendor records and banking information

• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency

• Support financial projects as needed

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in accounts payable

• DEC in Accounting or equivalent

• Bilingual in French and English

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Organized and detail-oriented
