• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments according to priority reminder lists;
• Ensure a full appointment schedule through proactive reminders;
• Answer incoming calls and accompany patients according to their needs (information, appointment changes, etc.);
• Perform billing and insurance management as required;
• Participate in administrative tasks related to the smooth running of the clinic;
