* * team.### Your Role on the Team
* Design optimized connections for a wide range of large-scale steel structures
* Support steel fabricators by providing technical assistance related to steel fabrication and sequencing of highly complex structural elements
* Propose innovative solutions to reduce costs and improve structural performance
* Participate in technical coordination with fabrication and construction teams
* Collaborate on the design of steel erection sequences, temporary stability elements, and the sizing of lifting devices used during structural assembly### Your Profile
* Strong interest in structural calculations and design
* Intellectual curiosity and a desire to tackle technical challenges
* Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in French, both spoken and written (mandatory)
* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, as many of our clients are located in the United States### Your Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Construction Engineering with a structural option (advanced steel courses required)
* Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (an asset)
* Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or in the process of obtaining membership
* Experience in consulting engineering (an asset — responsibilities will be adjusted based on your profile)
* Strong working knowledge of
** SAP
2000
* ** Valid
** ASP
