Position: ServiceNow Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Drive impactful AI initiatives at Service Now as a Business Analyst and Process Consultant. This role blends analysis with consulting, focused on aligning business needs with AI capabilities.

You will take charge of identifying and qualifying AI use cases, conduct comprehensive requirements gathering, and facilitate essential workshops. By mapping processes and prioritizing AI interventions, you will contribute to creating measurable and value-driven business outcomes. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will ensure successful implementation of AI enhancements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering efforts through interviews and workshops

• Conduct platform governance and diagnostic workshops

• Support Service Now’s governance service delivery

• Prioritize and assess AI use cases for feasibility and risk

• Design process maps identifying automation opportunities

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in business analysis or process consulting

• Strong skills in requirements-gathering and mapping

• Understanding of AI applications and their business value

• Proficient in Service Now ITSM or other modules

• Experience in change management and user training
