Your contribution will include maintaining high-quality work instructions, operational guides, and documentation standards to enhance efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document operational knowledge in collaboration with teams

• Write and structure procedures, guides, and FAQs

• Adapt documentation for diverse audiences and needs

• Organize content in SharePoint for accessibility

• Optimize documented processes and governance compliance

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in technical writing or related field

• 3+ years in technical writing or operational documentation

• Experience using Word, SharePoint, and management tools

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Strong initiative and organizational abilities
