Deviens Expert Technique en Soutien Utilisateur chez Solmatech et mets en valeur tes compétences en support technique. Contribue à la performance de l’organisation tout en participant à des projets d’avenir.
Dans ce rôle clé, tu feras la liaison entre l’infrastructure technique et les utilisateurs. À travers le support aux utilisateurs et la gestion des accès, tu joueras un rôle crucial dans la solidité de notre environnement de travail. L’accent est mis sur l’amélioration continue et la sécurité informatique.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fournir un support aux utilisateurs de niveau 1 et 2
• Administrer les accès et créer des comptes
• Gérer des serveurs et surveiller les réseaux
• Participer à l’optimisation et à la documentation
• Sensibiliser aux bonnes pratiques de cybersécurité
Requirements:
• DEC/AEC en informatique ou formation équivalente
• 7 ans d’expérience pertinente en infrastructure
• Connaissance approfondie de Windows et Office 365
• Compétences en Virtualisation et sécurité
• Expérience avec Power Platform
