As a Retail Counter Clerk, you will engage with customers, process payments, and maintain extensive knowledge of postal products and services. You'll handle various customer service activities to ensure satisfaction while receiving, sorting, and sequencing mail items. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diverse sales/customer service activities

• Operate the computerized point of sale system

• Maintain knowledge of postal products and services

• Process cash, cheque, debit & credit card payments

• Sort and sequence mail items up to 22.7 kg

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience in retail

• Sales experience considered an asset

• Essential French language proficiency

• Ability to handle mail items and maintain displays

• Willingness to pass pre-employment tests
